This rank grants the Super Admin Role.

Second only to the Guild Master, Officers are the highest level of authority and responsibility in the guild. Consisting of officials elected by the GM, they are his/her most trusted assistants and are chosen for their competency and dedication to the guild.

Their responsibility is broadly encompassing, extending from inner guild Civility to inter guild Diplomacy, a detailed list is below:

- Forum Moderation.
- Promotions/Demotions.
- Maintaining Guild Civility.
- New Member Recruitment.
- Major Website Administrative Tasks.
- Major Ventrilo Administrative Tasks.

Requirements: Those interested in becoming an Officer must have already achieved Sergeant in rank and have had sufficient time to acquire administrative experience. Competency is a heavy requirement, as is responsibility. As a Pillar of the community you must be respected, well known and above all, trusted.

This rank grants the Admin Role.

The first step on the Guild administration ladder. Those interested in taking a more responsible position in the guild must take this step first and foremost. They are responsible for maintaining low level Civility within the guild, this includes:

- Forum Moderation.
- Promotions.
- Maintaining Guild Civility.
- New Member Recruitment.
- Minor Website Administrative Tasks.
- Minor Ventrilo Administrative Tasks.

They may also assist the GM and Officers with events and issues.

Requirements: Those interested in becoming a Sergeant must be responsible in nature and well known & trusted to the guild. A high level of activity and participation is also required.

Players who have had their applications accepted are drafted into the guild as Neophytes. There are no responsibilitys outside ones own conduct. Infact this is the lowest level of all Decorational ranks, which are designed to offer reward to long time serving members who do not wish (or dont have time) to adopt admin roles.

Members are expected to be promoted from Neophyte within weeks. Depending on activity and maturity.
